Shipping Policy:

Orders are shipped UPS Ground. Orders of only Dr. Dog products, ie. Skin Care, Bug N Out and/or Dr. Dog Shampoos will ship within the week and and should arrive in 1-2 weeks. All other orders are placed weekly and may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Typically they will arrive quicker than 3 weeks, but this is the time frame they are guaranteed to arrive.

*Due to shipping location orders placed in the Northeast typically arrive the fastest while orders placed on the West Coast arrive the slowest. Arrival time calculated in business days

If you purchased an oversized item you will be notified of the shipping charge in 1-2 business days.

Backorder Policy:

If you have placed an order for an item that is backordered, we will notify you of the expected delivery date.

Return Policy:

Dr. Dog stands behind its pet supplies. If you are not satisfied with any Dr. Dog brand product we sell 30 days for a full product refund. Other pet supplies can be returned or exchanged within 30 day, but policy is dictated by the condition of the product. Just call us at 1-800-PETS-NOW or email info@doctordog.com for details and return information.
