Shipping Policy:
Typically orders placed on a weekday will be shipped within 24 hrs. Orders
placed on the weekend or after 4:30 on Friday will typically be shipped
on Monday.
Most standard delivery orders are shipped UPS Ground. Please allow up to
14 business days for delivery.
If you selected overnight delivery, your should receive your shipment within
24 hours of leaving our warehouse, which is 48 hours from order placement.
If you selected UPS 2nd day Select, you should receive your shipment within
48 hours of leaving our warehouse, which is 72 hours from order placement.
If you selected UPS 3nd day Select, you should receive your shipment within 72
hours of leaving our warehouse, which is 96 hours from order placement.
If you purchased an item with free shipping, it will be sent directly from the
manufacturer and may take up to 2 weeks to arrive. Free shipping only applies
to orders placed in the continental United States.
If you purchased an oversized item you will be notified of the shipping charge
in 1-2 business days.

Backorder Policy:
If you have placed an order for an item that is backordered, we will notify you
of the expected delivery date.
Return Policy:
Dr. Dog stands behind its pet supplies. If you are not satisfied with any product
we sell for any reason, you can return it within 60 days for a full product refund.
